1. Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- In its original packaging (box, foam, and protective wraps).
- Includes all accessories (power cord, goggles, door mount, hanging kit).
- Free from physical damage (scratches, dents, or water damage).
To initiate a return, please contact us at [Your Support Email]. Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the package. We will provide you with a specific return shipping address.
2. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective/Damaged Items: If your device arrives damaged or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, Lumagood will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or send a free replacement immediately.
- Change of Mind: If you simply decide the product is not for you, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
4. Damaged Upon Arrival Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
